     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina BovineSNP50 BeadChip and analyzed for tick resistance traits. A total of 40,436 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:Association analysis was conducted by fitting either single SNPs or SNP regions. Mixed models were used.
