  •  QTL Experiment in Brief
Animals:Chickens were from two Northeast Agricultural University broiler lines divergently selected for abdominal fat content.
     Breeds associated:
    n/a
Design:Birds were genotyped using the Illumina chicken 60K SNP chip, and GWAS were performed for growth traits. A total of 48,824 SNPs were used for analysis.
Analysis:Genome-wide rapid association using multi-locus methods and a mixed model was used for GWAS.
    Software:Wombat, mrLML v4.0.2
