  •  QTL Experiment in Brief
    Animals:Animals were Yorkshire pigs.
     Breeds associated:
Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina Porcine 80K SNP chip, with data imputed to whole-genome sequence, and association analysis was performed for body size traits. A total of 784,267 SNPs were used for analysis.
Analysis:Single-step GWAS was performed, using a two-trait model for traits with high genetic correlation, and a single-trait model for the rest of the traits.
    Software:DMU v6.0, BedTools, bioconductor in R, BLUPF90, Beagle 4.1
