     Breeds associated:

    Design:Pigs were genotyped using the PorcineSNP50 Genotyping BeadChip and GWAS were performed for litter traits. A total of 35,065 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:GWAS were carried out using three methods: Bayesian information and linkage disequilibrium iteratively nested keyway (BLINK), fixed and random model circulating probability unification (FarmCPU), and mixed linear model (MLM).
