Design: | Pigs were genotyped using the Illumina PorcineSNP60 BeadChip and analyzed for muscle fatty acid composition. A total of 35,974 SNPs for Erhualian, 49,343 SNPs for Laiwu, and 56,216 SNPs for DLY pigs were used for analysis. Meta-analysis was performed on all five pig populations. |
