mouture de la puce caprine. Aurais-tu les chiffres exacts pour :
- autosomal markers: ?
- XY markers ?
- Trait-related markers?
- Parentage markers ? (je suis conscient qu'il n'y a pas de panel
officiel!)

1. the programme of the International Goat Genome Consortium

2. the availability of the Goat_IGGC_HTS_v3 Illumina chip in 2 formats:
HTS and XT with the relevant cluster file. This version 3 contains a final
number of 79,538 markers. Details can be found at
https://www.goatgenome.org/projects.html . On the previous webpage, you
will also find information on other available goat SNP chips.
