We are currently seeking a motivated PhD candidate for a position to join
An exciting research project at the Research Institute for Farm Animal
Biology (FBN) in Dummerstorf, Germany. This research involves using
cutting-edge tools in genomics and genetics to explore the bovine corpus
luteum (CL) across different stages of the estrous cycle. The primary
objective of the project is to uncover the molecular and structural changes
involved in the regression of CL. The project uniquely combines omics data
with metabolic profiling under luteotropic and luteolytic conditions,
paving the way for a comprehensive view of the cellular, molecular, and
metabolic landscape of the bovine CL.
